Are you the person who says yes to everything even when you want to say "NO"?
Are you the person who is driven by the wishes of others?
You will certainly be amazed by the power of "NO".
Had Martin Luther King not said "NO" to racism in America we would not be seeing Barrack Obama as the first non white president.
You may be very well aware of the fact that in UN Security council a veto equaling to "NO"has the power to decide the fate of the nation and world. It can lead to disaster or peace.
My dear readers the power of "NO" has been the least understood and almost always misinterpreted. In this world every one has bound to have unique ideas and opinion. The rules of the society has forced unnatural imposition on human being to think and act in a similar way throughout their lives. Can you imagine what would have been the state of the civilization had the great Galileo not said "NO" to the preachings of the church that earth was the center of the universe. Science would have never taken the present shape if it was not for the power of "NO". We would not have been breathing in the free air of independence had Mahatma Gandhi not said "NO" to the British occupation in the war of independence. If Nelson Mandela has not said "NO" to apartheid we would have never seen equality in South Africa. One of the worlds major religion of Buddhism was founded and spread all across only because Gautam Buddha was able to say "NO" to the royal crown. The example of our very own Dhirubhai Ambani is also based on the power of "NO". He had said no to the promotion in the oil company job in West Asia to return and set up the empire called Reliance.
All the major changes are the result of a simple tool of "NO". It takes a lot of courage and will power to say no. It is impossible for every one to think and act alike. It is very easy to flow with the stream but it takes a hard rock that says "NO" to give passage to the flow that changes the course of river. It has lead to many innovations and development. It provokes us to think in new dimension.
You will have many things for which you had wanted to say no but still said yes think about it...................

The Power of Thought
Human mind has infinite capability. it is the fastest thing in the world and manifests itself in the form of the :- THOUGHTS. biologically thoughts are the by product of the chemical reactions. It is the only thing that has the varied manifestation. It is given shape by various things one of the most important being the experience. our thought is the reflection of the experience. It defines what we are an what we are in the process of becoming....
It is also very personal. No one can fathom the true meaning of others thoughts. Everyone holds the key to their own thoughts. It is there own creation. A person cannot explain exactly what they think to the other human being JustBcozz... it is unique. No two person can think alike. Do you know who had encountered this difficulty more? Yes, its the scientist. They could hardly make others see what they thought and made possible. But this same difficulty has led to millions of innovations and discoveries throughout the human history. It is the single tool that has brought about the civilization into existence. It is JustBcozz..... every thought is unique. It has different effect on every individual.
Thoughts move in the pattern of our upbringing and experience. If we want change in the flow of life the only tool that is effective is the change in the thought. It will achieve the impossible. We should diversify the plinth of thought to enter into the unexplored territory of the unthinkable.
Never build dams and barriers in the flow of your thoughts.............................

The Way I see the world is the way I live it
The Way I live it is the way World sees me.
So it all comes back to what we perceive the world to be.
It is the same as the question of half filled or half empty glass of water. It will be nice to know what we think of the ambiance that surrounds us in general. Do you realize that the way we see the world depend on where we are located. we are the product of our own surrounding. The shift in the surrounding or habitat will result in shift in the notions and opinions. The variety of culture and customs that has evolved over a number of years is the reflection of the habitat. This shows the beauty in the exactly opposite reaction to the same customs or habits in different parts of the world. As we go around the world the changes makes us global citizens. the true nature of a global citizen is to appreciate the culture of a place however different it is from their native culture. The world has millions of things to show and express. the beauty of the nature lies in its diversity. All the life forms has the inbuilt ability to imbibe all the diversity JustBcoz we are a part of the nature.
We tend to associate one aspect of a culture to represent the entire culture like

Ok not a scary picture but not rosy either for many.
As we know more about them we will start to appreciate them JustBcoz we are also part of them in some way - we all are CONNECTED

Society is the ocean were multitude of small rivers of changes culminate into the grand civilization. There is a splash of good and bad changes. Every individual knowingly or unknowingly contributes to the river of change. The idea of social work being a separate entity rather than a part of the life of an individual is misleading. As a part of the human life the every individual is performing social work. The extent of the impact of the contribution is determined by the personal passion and zest in living. Human life is phenomenal and human beings are magnificent creation.
The responsibility of the society is collective. The impact of the change is determined by the passion with which the idea is endorsed. Every individual is the medium of change through which the ideas are channelized in the society.
Like in the ocean every drop has a meaning, every idea and action has a role to play. If we want the flow of change to be positive or life supporting then the flow of these actions should be streamlined.
Making it possible is in our own hands. Make your life a small force that will help the society to graduate to the next level. No contribution is small it is exceptional and unique.

Yesterday while thinking about the forthcoming elections in my home state Jharkhand my mind wondered into the complex matrix of the Indian Politics. The political drama is unique. INDIA being the land of diverse culture and religion is still able to hold and conduct unified elections and form one government ruling billion human species. No other nation in the world has ever seen this diverse population being guided by one government. It is possible JustBcozz...........We are Indians- the survivor. The essence of the success of the Indian system while many predicted the downfall is that we accept and adapt very quickly avoiding rebellion until provoked. The multitude of political parties and independent candidate makes Indian one of the true reflection of diversity that defines India. It is impossible if you think to have two party or a few party here. The needs and the demand of the citizens vary greatly that can be catered by themselves. They all need voice and representation. Indian election is most watched in the world. Many of the world leaders are amazed at the success of each election. The innovations introduced in every are unique. The ease with which we used electronic voting machine for election while most of the advanced nations used ballot papers is remarkable achievement for us. The ruling coalition governments has shown fundamental aspect of the unity in diversity despite a few gliches in the course. WE THE PEOPLE STAND TOGETHER AS A NATION JUSTBCOZZ WE LOVE EACH OTHER WITHOUT BIAS. WE SHARE THE SAME VISION FOR THE GREAT NATION....................
