Had Martin Luther King not said "NO" to racism in America we would not be seeing Barrack Obama as the first non white president.
You may be very well aware of the fact that in UN Security council a veto equaling to "NO"has the power to decide the fate of the nation and world. It can lead to disaster or peace.
My dear readers the power of "NO" has been the least understood and almost always misinterpreted. In this world every one has bound to have unique ideas and opinion. The rules of the society has forced unnatural imposition on human being to think and act in a similar way throughout their lives. Can you imagine what would have been the state of the civilization had the great Galileo not said "NO" to the preachings of the church that earth was the center of the universe. Science would have never taken the present shape if it was not for the power of "NO". We would not have been breathing in the free air of independence had Mahatma Gandhi not said "NO" to the British occupation in the war of independence. If Nelson Mandela has not said "NO" to apartheid we would have never seen equality in South Africa. One of the worlds major religion of Buddhism was founded and spread all across only because Gautam Buddha was able to say "NO" to the royal crown. The example of our very own Dhirubhai Ambani is also based on the power of "NO". He had said no to the promotion in the oil company job in West Asia to return and set up the empire called Reliance.

All the major changes are the result of a simple tool of "NO". It takes a lot of courage and will power to say no. It is impossible for every one to think and act alike. It is very easy to flow with the stream but it takes a hard rock that says "NO" to give passage to the flow that changes the course of river. It has lead to many innovations and development. It provokes us to think in new dimension.
You will have many things for which you had wanted to say no but still said yes think about it...................
